I never thought it would be easy to stay at home all day with my boys. I was glad I had the chance, but still, I had spent years and years caring for other kids, and I knew it was a demanding job.
So this winter has been a great challenge as I try to find ways to keep two boys entertained all day, inside (well most days we just cannot play outside, and going outside on some days was impossible, even just to go to the car).
Super jump - serious practice going on here
Luckily we have this Spiderman costume from Halloween. It has filled many of our afternoons - Super Hero Practice time!
Another successful mission
I mean every stuffed animal needs a superhero owner to save him from all the craziness that can develop in a little boys imagination.
Levi - my little camera ham!
Of course Levi simply tries to be part of the action - Wyatt isn't always receptive to this, but they are brothers, and that is the way life is. I guess this is a lesson I'll have to be teaching for years now. I just keep telling myself to take a deep breath, and focus on the practice element, because you can't become a super hero - or a semi-super mom- without lots of practice!
